  • Condition: This electrode seems to have been seldom, if ever, used. It's still in the original packaging with all the manuals etc. A bottle of 3M KCl has been placed in a new ziplock baggie just in case. While it seems almost like new, we are forced to mark it "not working" because we lack the means to properly test it. The only evidence of use is the notations its previous owner made on the box, bottle, and instruction manual to differentiate it from other electrodes in the lab.

    Description

    VWR sympHony refillable combination electrodes are for routine pH measurements requiring accuracy and temperature stability. Double junction electrodes are for analytes that cannot come into contact with silver ions, among them a wide array of biomolecules and typical buffer components. This is a Tris-compatible Ag/AgCl electrode with a glass body and BNC connector.
    As described in the Condition Description, this item is in its original packaging and might be unused. We expect that it is functional but cannot verify this, so it's on sale for a great price.
