Just a few copies remain of this 6-page book featuring a pretty doll and four beautifully designed fashion plates including a fabulous Adrian gown from "The Great Waltz" (1938), a gown worn by Patti Page signing Tennessee Waltz (TV 1950), Jennifer Jones' gown from "Madame Bovary," and a regal gown worn by Sisi, the Empress of Austria.
