Small railroad type flanged wheels these are new old stock they have been sttting around a while and have some dust and dirt from sitting they are about 4 1/4" at the flange the wheel is 3 1/2" at the outside edge the center hole is 1 1/8" dia. Outside edge to outside edge is around 1 15/16" l wheel is about 1 13/16" the area that rides on the rail is about.         1 7/16" wide
