New Jersey License Plate 499-ICE Unknown Year

Description

Cool ( pun not intended) New Jersey, Garden State License Plate.  As Is, You Get The Dirt Too.  Have no idea on the year, but looks vintage.  Have no idea on the ICE part.  Maybe they license ice machines in NJ.  Wouldn't surprise me. Sold for collecting and display purposes only.
