    Description

Annie Chun’s Korean Style Go-Chu-Jang Gochujang Sauce for Bibimbap Marinade Condiment
Fermented Korean Chili Sauce, or as romanized in Korean, Gochujang, is a perfect sauce to add that umami flavor onto any dish and bring it to life.
Gochujang is a blend of chili powder, soy sauce, and vast spices (garlic, ginger, and so on), which is mixed and set to ferment for the ingredients to naturally expend its flavor profiles, as well as, create an earthy and hearty texture which bring another layer of happiness to your taste buds.
It is a bibimbap sauce that is ready to use! Koreans also often use this type of marinaded gochujang to enjoy dipping sashimi (instead of soy sauce and wasabi).
Heat level is medium to high spicy. This it is a sweet chili sauce, so it brings the flavor and nice heat but is not gonna burn your taste buds (^_^)
